The full day is spent in the great outdoors, on an agreed route through the countryside. This provides plenty of opportunity for team discussion and various activities as required against company objectives. There’s still scope to factor in refreshments stops along the way or at a pub finish.

Meeting up and starting off from a town like Maldon, provides the opportunity to find a venue for a pre-walk briefing and refreshments if required. Then spending the day walking in the surrounding countryside, before returning back to a pub for post-walk reflection.
